Getting Started with Grid

Grid is the fastest way to go from 0 to verification

The Grid platform allows customers to integrate at whatever level is appropriate for their use case.

Level 1: API Only

  • This is the all-code option
  • Workflows are created and maintained by Grid on behalf of the customer (with their participation)
  • Customers must code to our API
  • Applicant data is captured by the customer
  • Verification results are processed in their own system(s)

Level 2: Orchestrator

  • This is the low-code option
  • Workflows are created and maintained by the customer
  • Customers must code to our API
  • Applicant data is captured by the customer
  • Verification results can partially be viewed in UI (details are not included). This is the current transactions on the home screen

Level 3: Apply and/or Case Management

  • This is the complete no-code option.
  • Ideal for customers that don't want to (or can’t) do any technical integration at all.
  • Workflows are created and maintained by the customer
  • Customers do not need to code to our API
  • Applicant data is captured by Grid generated screens (Apply) (add link here)
  • Verification results are completely available in the UI (Case Management) (add link here)
  • Customers can manage a case without having to go back to another system
