Overview

Continuous visibility into your borrowers' credit, from real-time alerts to monthly portfolio reviews

A credit decision is only a snapshot. The borrower you approved today may look very different in six months — they might take on new debt elsewhere, start shopping for a competing loan, or show early signs of financial stress long before they miss a payment with you. Credit monitoring closes that blind spot. By enrolling your borrowers, you stay informed about meaningful changes in their credit profile across the life of the relationship, rather than re-evaluating them only at origination or after something has already gone wrong.

For a lender, that ongoing visibility translates directly into better outcomes on both sides of the ledger. You can act on risk earlier — reaching out before a delinquency, adjusting exposure, or prioritizing collections — and you can act on opportunity just as quickly, extending a timely offer when a borrower is in-market or identifying accounts that are good candidates for a credit line increase or cross-sell. Because monitoring runs continuously in the background and delivers results straight to your systems, you get this intelligence without adding manual review work for your team.

We offer credit monitoring in two flavors, powered by Equifax, and you can enroll a borrower in either or both.

Daily monitoring surfaces in-market signals as they happen — when an enrolled borrower initiates new credit activity, you receive a daily alert, which is ideal for retention and time-sensitive outreach.

Alerts are triggered by anyone of the following inquiry types: Auto, Bank Card, Home Equity, Mortgage, Personal Finance, Retail.

Monthly monitoring takes a portfolio-wide view instead, refreshing credit scores and attributes across your enrolled borrowers on a recurring cadence so you can track trends and reassess risk in a single, predictable pass. Together they cover both ends of the spectrum: immediate reaction to individual events, and steady oversight of your whole book.
