Update webhook subscription status

patch https://api.gridverify.com/webhooks/subscription/activate/{id}

This endpoint allows you to activate or deactivate a webhook subscription for a given workflow. A workflow can have multiple webhook subscriptions, but only one can be active at a time. When deactivating a webhook subscription, the subscription will stop receiving webhook events.
