Satisfactory - The best possible outcome, indicating that the motor carrier has adequate safety management controls to meet the safety fitness standard

Conditional - The motor carrier does not have adequate safety management controls in place

Unsatisfactory - The worst rating, which can completely stop a company's operations

Unrated - No rating has been issued
